The Cosun Food Technology Centre (CFTC) in Roosendaal is the knowledge centre of Suiker Unie for Research & Development. It contributes to the capacity of innovation of Suiker Unie. The CFTC disposes of a technology workshop to carry out the production process of, among other things, soft drinks, chocolate, sauces, dairy products and sweets on a small scale. This enables us to give accurate advice on the composition and processing of new or existing products. Furthermore, a well-trained technical-sensory panel helps us to optimize and verify the taste, odour and texture profile of the developed products. As a result of its thorough knowledge and experience in process engineering, Suiker Unie can contribute to the development of your processes.
